Tamarak Apartments is a place where your pet is always welcome!  If you're like most pet owners, your pets are a part of the family and we want to make it comfortable for you and your pet.  

All pets must be spayed or neutered.

Cats must be indoor cats only!

**2 pets maximum per apartment**

Pet Deposits

$300 per pet ($100 refundable)

Pet Rent

Cats - $15.27 per month (per pet)

Dogs - $25.45 per month (per pet) 

Dog Breed Restrictions (full or mixed) 

Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Presa Canario, Mastiff, German Shepherd & any dog considered inappropriate by management.

Vet Documents Needed

• Breed Identification
• Proof of spay/neuter (Cats & Dogs)
• Dogs - vaccination given and next date due for Rabies, DH2PP, and Bordetella
• Proof of license as required by Maricopa County

Photos will be required of all pets.

Sorry ... No Snakes, Rabbits or Ferrets!
